Planets universal pen mandrel allows most pen kits to be made on a single mandrel each kit contains 3 parallel spacers fro 7mm diameter pens and 4 cones for barrels from 7.5 - 12mm the cones  have a 90 degree angle which will not flare the  barrel for the pen.

Used to square the ends of wooden pen blanks so metal componets fit snuggly when pen is assembled. May be mounted in the Planet pen mandrel shank or in a chuck.
